These magnetic retaining washers have a magnetic material core AINiCo and can be used permanently up to +500 C. The stability against demagnetization is not as good as with the shielded magnets or the gripping pads. Fastening must only be done with countersunk screws made of non-magnetic material, eg stainless steel, brass, etc.
