Binder Magnetic is expanding its product range with the new SI30 and SI50 silicone coatings, a highly anticipated innovation resulting from extensive research and optimization work. These coatings are perfectly compatible with belts from the BRECOprotect^® range, renowned for their performance in demanding environments.

These high-performance silicone coatings offer numerous advantages: resistance to dirt, adhesives, and chemicals, high friction coefficient, and electrical insulation capacity. Their FDA compliance and hygienic properties also make them an ideal solution for the food industry.

In the food sector, silicone has many benefits:

• withstands contact with hot products,
• does not absorb liquids,
• free from harmful substances (BPA, phthalates, lead),
• Non-stick surface limits the accumulation of residues or biofilms.

The SI30, available in gray, white, blue, or transparent (30/40 shore A), is particularly suited to weighing, bagging, braking, and suction applications in the paper, cardboard, hygiene, and cosmetics industries. 

The SI50, which is firmer (50 Shore A) and available in white, blue, or red, is designed for bagging, pressing, and labeling belts, and is particularly well suited to the postal and printing industries.
